No physical reception from October 21 to 25
To plan for renovation work on the SHDM offices located on the 22nd floor of 800 Boulevard De Maisonneuve Est, the SHDM reception will be exceptionally closed from October 21 to 25. During this period, in-person reception, document drop-offs, and payments will not be possible.
The SHDM teams will remain available every day by phone at 514-380-7436 and by email at [email protected] during regular business hours.
Starting October 28, the SHDM reception will be relocated to the 21st floor, at the same address: 800 Boulevard De Maisonneuve Est.
Please note that the mailing address remains the same.
