La Société d’habitation et de développement de Montréal (SHDM) est une société paramunicipale à but non lucratif et financièrement autonome. Chef de file en gestion immobilière et en développement immobilier responsable, elle favorise l’amélioration des milieux de vie des Montréalais en contribuant au développement économique et social de la Ville de Montréal par la mise en valeur d’actifs immobiliers de nature résidentielle, institutionnelle, industrielle, commerciale et culturelle sur son territoire. Elle est à la recherche de 4 candidats dynamiques, rigoureux et motivés pour combler ses besoins:

 

Préposé(e) aux immeubles occasionnel (à temps complet)

Direction de la gestion immobilière

 

L’objectif principal de la fonction est d’agir comme représentant de la Société auprès des locataires occupant les immeubles qui lui sont confiés et d’effectuer des travaux comportant l’accomplissement de diverses tâches manuelles reliées à l’entretien, à la propreté et à la sécurité des dits immeubles.

 

Entre autres, le candidat doit :

 

 

  •        Recevoir les demandes de service et effectuer les travaux de réparation nécessaires;

 

  •        Selon les spécificités des immeubles, exécuter l’entretien ménager de tous les espaces communs et de leurs équipements de manière à maintenir les lieux propres, exempts d’accumulation de poussière, de taches, de débris et autres saletés et remplace les ampoules au besoin;

 

  •        Effectuer la gestion des déchets et des matières recyclables (mettre dans des sacs, nettoyer les bacs, les chutes à déchets, les compacteurs et les salles à déchets);

 

  •        Effectuer le déménagement de meubles, des appareils ménagers, de matériel et d’équipements;

 

  •        Nettoyer les appartements vacants et faire un rapport pour leur remise en état;

 

  •        Assurer un accès adéquat et sécuritaire aux immeubles en procédant au déneigement et au déglaçage des accès piétonniers ainsi qu’à l’épandage d’abrasifs, au besoin.

 

  •        Voir au maintien des bonnes relations entre les locataires, à leur quiétude et s’assurer que les règlements d’immeubles soient observés (ex. : stationnement, déchets, entreposage sur les balcons et dans les aires communes, colporteurs, bruit, déménagement, etc.);

 

Le candidat recherché doit :

 

  •        Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires (D.E.S. ou D.E.P.) ou l’attestation d’équivalence de niveau secondaire terminal. Si vous n’avez pas ce diplôme, des années d’expérience pertinentes peuvent être reconnues;
  •        Avoir des connaissances générales de la menuiserie, de l’électricité et de la plomberie;
  •        Détenir des connaissances des produits d’entretien ménager;
  •        Être autonome;
  •        Faire preuve de jugement dans la résolution d’un problème;
  •        Être titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide ainsi qu’une voiture;
  •        Pouvoir soulever des poids pouvant atteindre 45 kg;
  •        Être disponible à temps complet.

  •          Salaire horaire débutant à 28,58 $ au 1er janvier 2023;
  •          Semaine de travail de 35 heures réparties sur 4 jours;
  •          Un régime d’assurances collectives payé à 100 % par l’employeur après la période de probation et après l’obtention d’un poste;
  •          Un régime de retraite à prestations déterminées (cotisations partagées        entre l’employé et l’employeur) est offert sous certaines conditions.
