La Société d’habitation et de développement de Montréal est une société paramunicipale à but non lucratif et financièrement autonome. Chef de file en gestion immobilière et en développement immobilier responsable, elle favorise l’amélioration des milieux de vie des Montréalais en contribuant au développement économique et social de la Ville de Montréal par la mise en valeur d’actifs immobiliers de nature résidentielle, institutionnelle, industrielle, commerciale et culturelle sur son territoire. Elle est à la recherche d’un candidat dynamique et motivé afin de pourvoir de façon temporaire le poste syndiqué suivant :

Remplacement de 12 mois
Direction de la gestion immobilière
Exploitation résidentielle

 

L’objectif principal de ce poste est d’assurer une gestion efficace des demandes de service et un soutien administratif aux opérations pour offrir une expérience client de qualité. Le titulaire du poste devra s’assurer de la fluidité dans le traitement des demandes et d’une répartition optimale en fonction des procédures établies.

Entre autres, la personne salariée doit :

• Répartir les demandes de service;

• Affecter les tâches quotidiennes d’entretien ménager aux préposés aux immeubles selon les directives du superviseur;

• Assurer l’assignation optimale des demandes de service et des tâches quotidiennes au cours de la journée de travail en tenant compte des disponibilités des préposés d’immeubles et des secteurs correspondants afin de contribuer à la complétion des demandes de service en temps voulus et selon les directives du superviseur;

• Agir avec diligence à la réception d’une demande de service urgente et s’assurer de sa prise en charge;

• Prendre les appels des préposés aux immeubles, des gestionnaires d’immeuble, des entrepreneurs et des superviseurs et les assister;

• Assigner les mandats auprès des entrepreneurs et assurer le suivi;

• Surveiller la fluidité du traitement des demandes de service et faire les suivis nécessaires;

• S’assurer que les différents intervenants ont consigné les notes évolutives dans les demandes de service;

• Vérifier que le centre d’appel assurant la prise d’appels en dehors des heures de travail répartit les demandes efficacement et identifier toutes anomalies et opportunités à son supérieur immédiat;

• Maintenir et mettre à jour la base de données de la plateforme;

• Générer des rapports identifiant l’évolution et la progression des demandes de service;

• Analyser les rapports, émettre des recommandations et identifier les opportunités d’amélioration à son supérieur;

• Assurer la création des comptes et la formation des nouveaux utilisateurs;

• Assurer le soutien technique aux utilisateurs de la plateforme;
• Collaborer au développement de la plateforme et veiller à son bon fonctionnement;

• S’assurer de maintenir de bonnes relations avec ses collègues de la répartition, des autres services et avec l’ensemble des préposés, gestionnaires d’immeuble et entrepreneurs et faire preuve d’entraide avec chacun pour supporter l’atteinte des objectifs de l’expérience client;

• Voir au bon fonctionnement du service d’urgence en dehors des heures de travail en s’assurant de la présence des employés assignés et du transfert des équipements requis. En collaboration avec le secrétariat, maintenir à jour les informations pertinentes;

• Voir au bon déroulement du traitement des factures, de la conciliation ainsi que de la création des bons de commande et des amendements;

• Collaborer à la gestion des clés;

• Assurer la vérification et la gestion des rapports kilométriques pour soumettre à l’approbation;

• Assurer la distribution des programmes d’entretien préventif (P.E.P) et créer les récurrences sur la plateforme;

• Soumettre les demandes pour approbation et procéder aux achats de matériels, produits, uniformes, outils et équipements et assurer le suivi des commandes et des inventaires;

• Exécuter toute tâche connexe à la demande de son supérieur.


Le candidat recherché doit :

• Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales dans une discipline pertinente;

• Posséder un minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience dans un domaine similaire;

• Maîtriser les outils de la suite MS Office, particulièrement Excel.

• Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français et un anglais fonctionnel ;

• Posséder une bonne capacité d’adaptation;

• Faire preuve de jugement dans la résolution de problèmes;

• Être habile dans la planification et respecter les échéanciers;

• Être rigoureux.


*Une équivalence de formation et d’expérience pourra être considérée.

L’échelle salariale pour le poste se situe entre 53 487 $ et 64 813 $, au 1er janvier 2023. Des conditions d’emploi des plus concurrentielles sont offertes, dans une entreprise à taille humaine qui contribue à répondre aux enjeux de l’immobilier abordable :

• Travail en mode hybride : Possibilité de télétravail trois (3) jours par semaine;
