La Société d’habitation et de développement de Montréal est une société paramunicipale à but non lucratif et financièrement autonome. Chef de file en gestion immobilière et en développement immobilier responsable, elle favorise l’amélioration des milieux de vie des Montréalais en contribuant au développement économique et social de la Ville de Montréal par la mise en valeur d’actifs immobiliers de nature résidentielle, institutionnelle, industrielle, commerciale et culturelle sur son territoire. Elle est à la recherche d’un candidat dynamique et motivé afin de pourvoir de façon temporaire le poste syndiqué suivant :

 

Agent(e) d’administration - Remplacement de six mois

Direction de la gestion immobilière

 

 

L’objectif principal de la fonction est d’assurer et d’effectuer un soutien administratif à l’ensemble de la direction de la gestion immobilière.

 

Dans le cadre de ses activités professionnelles, la personne titulaire du poste aura à :

 

  •                 Collaborer de manière ponctuelle à la location des logements en effectuant diverses tâches manuelles telle que : rencontrer les locataires pour la signature du bail, effectuer des enquêtes avant location, préparer des baux et des annexes;

 

  •                 Effectuer diverses tâches administratives reliées à la gestion des baux, notamment :

 

oLe traitement des demandes des locataires relatives au bail;

oLa saisie et le maintien des fichiers informatiques des locataires (création, ajustements, mise à jour, modifications, etc.);

oLa perception des loyers ainsi que la collection des arrérages et des comptes délinquants;

oLe classement et le maintien des dossiers des locataires et des dossiers administratifs;

oLes mises en disponibilité des logements;

oLa gestion des listes d’attente (location, transfert, besoins spécifiques, etc.,);

oLe traitement et la gestion des fichiers de suivi de l’aide assujettie au contrôle de revenu (AACR);

oLes représentations, s’il y a lieu, pour la Société, devant la Régie du logement ainsi que la préparation des causes et l’exécution des décisions rendues. 

 

  •                 Recevoir et diriger les appels téléphoniques. Accueillir les visiteurs, les clients potentiels et les locataires;

 

  •                 Collaborer avec les familles des locataires, les services sociaux, les représentants de la justice et les conseillers juridiques lorsque la situation l’exige;

 

  •                 Recevoir, traiter et assurer les demandes de renseignements, des requêtes, des plaintes et des demandes de service, le tout en conformité avec les clauses du bail, les politiques et règlements ainsi que les critères établis par la Société en matière de relations entre propriétaire et locataires;

 

  •                 Traiter le courrier, répondre aux lettres en fonction des politiques, des procédures et des critères établis et des directives du gestionnaire. Effectuer le secrétariat courant de son secteur;

 

  •                 Préparer les rapports administratifs exigés par un gestionnaire ou le directeur;

 

  •                 Traiter certaines factures de service et des contrats professionnels;

 

  •                 Effectuer le remplacement à la réception;

 

  •                 Collaborer à la planification du travail des préposés aux immeubles en conformité avec les directives des gestionnaires d’immeubles;

 

  •                 Assurer, en l’absence d’un gestionnaire, le suivi des appels de services réguliers, en appui aux autres agents d’administration, au besoin, consulter son directeur;

 

  •                 Veiller, lors d’une situation d’urgence, à minimiser les dommages pouvant être encourus et s’assurer que les personnes responsables soient informées sans délai.

 

Le candidat recherché doit :

 

  •          Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en comptabilité ou en administration;

 

  •          Posséder une expérience pertinente de deux (2) ans dans un poste similaire;

 

  •          Maîtriser les outils de la suite MS Office;

 

  •          Détenir des connaissances et maîtriser des principes comptables;

 

  •          Avoir des connaissances des projets immobiliers des immeubles (95) et des programmes (atout);

 

  •          Posséder un sens développé de l’organisation et des priorités;

 

  •          Maintenir de bonnes relations interpersonnelles;

 

  •          Être capable de travailler de façon autonome;

 

  •          Savoir s’adapter à différentes clientèles.

 

Rigueur, intégrité, engagement, professionnalisme, autonomie, discrétion et confidentialité caractérisent le candidat recherché.

 

L’échelle salariale pour le poste se situe entre 53 487 $ et 64 813 $, au 1er janvier 2023.
