Project managers, architects, managers, buildings managers, technical advisers, urban planners, accountants, secretaries and administrative officers: Each day at the SHDM, no less than 120 employees come together, in collaboration with partners, to develop socially responsible real estate projects, maintain a large inventory of properties, and manage our programs, such as the program to make property ownership accessible.
With the multidisciplinary expertise and experience of its team, the SHDM brings together valuable knowledge and skills that it develops and maintains, offering the members of its team a variety of professional growth opportunities corresponding to all profiles.
