Overview
As a true agent of change, the SHDM works in partnership with public organizations, but also with NPOs involved in housing, community-based and cultural organizations, public institutions and housing developers to enable the emergence and implementation of ambitious projects. With its team of urban planners, architects, and experts in marketing, finance, site supervision and project management, the Corporation contributes to the assessment of project’ feasibility and to their implementation.
On a day-to-day basis, the SHDM also uses the expertise of specialized contractors for the maintenance of its real estate portfolio, awarding contracts totalling millions of dollars each year.

In accordance with the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information, to which the SHDM is subject as a public body, the supplier consents to the disclosure of his data entered in this registration form.
The SHDM appreciates your interest and thanks you for having filled out this form. By being on our list of suppliers, we will be able, if necessary, to invite you to send us a quotation (bid).
SHDM is under no obligation of any kind to suppliers who fill out the form.
