The property management team is strengthened with the appointment of Nathalie Forest to the position of Associate Director - Residential Property Management
Carl Bond, Property Management Director of the SHDM, announces the appointment of Nathalie Forest to the new position of Associate Director - Residential Property Management. Ms. Forest is entrusted with the management of the entire housing portfolio of the SHDM, which covers both rental housing for all clienteles and Autonomie + complexes, which are directly managed by the SHDM team, as well as housing and rooming houses whose management is entrusted to NPOs specialized in housing.
With over twenty years of experience in property management, Nathalie Forest has developed valuable expertise in all aspects of her domain, from managing a portfolio of multi-residential buildings, seniors’ retirement homes and condominiums, to supervising renovation projects and team leadership.
After running a property management company, as one of its co-owners (Gestion Forest Morency inc.) and holding the position of Vice President for Business Development in Société de gestion Cogir, S.E.N.C., Nathalie Forest was most recently working as Québec Director for Timbercreek Asset Management Inc. In addition to a bachelor's degree and an MBA, Ms. Forest holds the title of Real Property Administrator® (RPA) from the BOMI Institute.
Also responsible for managing the SHDM’s commercial properties, Carl Bond will focus for his part on the Îlot Balmoral re-development, an ambitious cultural and institutional project that will complement the Place des festivals and will house, among other tenants, the future headquarters of the National Film Board.
