Office Closure – Holiday Period

The SHDM offices will be closed from December 24, 2025, to January 2, 2026, inclusively.

During the holiday period, SHDM offices will be closed from Wednesday, December 24, 2025, to Friday, January 2, 2026, inclusively.

Service requests: Only urgent requests will be handled during this period. All other requests will be processed upon our return on January 6, 2026.
To submit an urgent service request, please contact 514 380-SHDM (7436), option 1.

Account statement requests related to the Accès Condos program: Requests received during this period will be processed once we return from the holiday break.

In accordance with the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information, to which the SHDM is subject as a public body, the supplier consents to the disclosure of his data entered in this registration form.
