La Société d’habitation et de développement de Montréal est une société paramunicipale à but non lucratif et financièrement autonome. Chef de file en gestion immobilière et en développement immobilier responsable, elle favorise l’amélioration des milieux de vie des Montréalais en contribuant au développement économique et social de la Ville de Montréal par la mise en valeur d’actifs immobiliers de nature résidentielle, institutionnelle, industrielle, commerciale et culturelle sur son territoire. Elle est à la recherche d’un candidat dynamique et motivé afin de pourvoir de façon permanente le poste syndiqué suivant :

Technicien (ne) juridique et soutien administratif

Direction des affaires juridiques et corporatives

 

Le titulaire du poste assiste son supérieur dans la recherche et l’analyse relative à la documentation législative et  jurisprudentielle et aux documents de gouvernance interne afin de répondre aux demandes de nature juridique, principalement en relation avec la Direction de la gestion immobilière et la Direction du développement et des immobilisations et les documents officiels de la Société. Il rédige des projets de lettres, ententes et rapports. Il assure la documentation ainsi que le support administratif de la direction.

 

Entre autres tâches, le candidat :

 

  • Effectuer des recherches législatives et jurisprudentielles en rapport aux différentes demandes présentées à l’unité administrative, principalement en matière de droit de propriété, logement, ententes de collaboration; le tout en relation avec la Direction du développement et des immobilisations et la Direction de la gestion immobilière;

 

  • Analyser le contenu des documents et chercher les solutions appropriées aux demandes de services juridiques ou à l’exécution des mandats;

 

  • Participer à la rédaction ou à la révision de divers documents tels les politiques, directives, procédures judiciaires, contrats, ententes, lettres, rapports;

 

  • Effectuer des recherches sur les registres publics;

 

  • Assurer la documentation, la préparation de résolutions, le suivi des dossiers afférents au secrétariat corporatif;

 

  • Gérer et maintenir la banque de données des contrats et documents légaux de la Société;

 

  • Tenir à jour différents registres et en assurer le suivi;

 

  • Faire des représentations auprès de la Régie du logement et assurer le suivi relatif à l’exécution des jugements;

 

  • Assurer la transcription et la mise en page de divers documents tels que lettres, notes de service, rapports, formulaires, tableaux ou autres documents;

 

  • Recevoir, prendre connaissance et acheminer le courrier aux personnes concernées; répondre et donner suite à la correspondance courante;

 

  • Assurer la mise en forme et la diffusion d’informations par Intranet ou autrement;

 

  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe et de même nature.

 

Le candidat recherché :

 

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en techniques juridiques;

 

  • Posséder un minimum de trois (3) ans d’expérience pertinente;

 

  • Connaître la législation en matière de droit de propriété et de logement;

 

  • Une expérience en droit du louage résidentiel est un atout;

 

  • Posséder les habiletés et les compétences dans l’utilisation des outils de la suite MS Office, des logiciels Word, Excel et PowerPoint, appliquées à la conception de rapports, lettres, documents divers;

 

  • Excellente connaissance du français parlé et écrit;

 

  • Être autonome, rigoureux, capable de travailler en équipe et de gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle.

 

Rigueur, engagement, souci du détail, autonomie, sens de la collaboration et aisance à travailler en équipe caractérisent le candidat recherché.

 

L’échelle salariale pour le poste se situe entre 57 210 $ et 69 325 $ au 1er janvier 2019. Des conditions d’emploi des plus concurrentielles sont offertes.
