La Société d’habitation et de développement de Montréal est une société paramunicipale à but non lucratif et financièrement autonome. Chef de file en gestion immobilière et en développement immobilier responsable, elle favorise l’amélioration des milieux de vie des Montréalais en contribuant au développement économique et social de la Ville de Montréal par la mise en valeur d’actifs immobiliers de nature résidentielle, institutionnelle, industrielle, commerciale et culturelle sur son territoire. Elle est à la recherche d’un candidat dynamique et motivé afin de pourvoir de façon temporaire le poste suivant :

Le titulaire du poste assure et effectue des tâches de secrétariat pour l’ensemble de son service et apporte un soutien administratif diversifié à son équipe.  

 

Entre autres tâches, le candidat :

  •          Effectue le traitement, la mise en page et la saisie de données à l’aide des outils de bureautique mis à sa disposition, de divers documents tels que lettres, notes de service, rapports, procès-verbaux, formulaires et autres;
  •          Assure la gestion du courrier;
  •          Rédige des lettres et notes de service courantes selon les directives générales;
  •          Assure la gestion des archives et le classement de divers documents communs à la direction, tels que correspondances, dossiers, rapports, etc.;
  •          Reçoit, filtre et dirige les appels téléphoniques;
  •          Accueille les visiteurs et répond à leurs demandes;
  •          Effectue la préparation matérielle des réunions (réservation de salle de réunion, convocation des participants, préparation et distribution des ordres du jour);
  •          Au besoin, participe aux rencontres d’équipe ou autres réunions, et rédige les procès-verbaux;
  •          Relève, vérifie et compile diverses données statistiques propres à son secteur d’activités et assure la production de rapports mensuels;
  •          Collabore, au besoin, à la location des logements (rédaction de baux, inscription au site Internet, placement d’annonces, etc.);
  •          Assure le suivi de l’utilisation des mandats-poste de son service;
  •          Prépare, tient à jour et fait le suivi de divers dossiers administratifs de sa direction;
  •          Tient à jour l’agenda de son supérieur;
  •          Voit à ce que les relevés d’assiduité soient dûment complétés et approuvés avant de les acheminer;
  •          Effectue toute autre fonction demandée par son supérieur immédiat de façon à atteindre les objectifs du poste.

 

Le candidat recherché :

  •          Détient un dîplome d’études collégiales en bureautique
  •          Possède un minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience pertinente, notamment en secrétariat;
  •          Maîtrise l’utilisation des outils de la suite MS Office, notamment pour les logiciels Word, Excel et PowerPoint.
  •          Sens de l’organisation développé;
  •          Bonnes relations interpersonnelles;
  •          Habileté à travailler de façon autonome;
  •          Excellente grammaire française;
  •          Fait preuve de jugement dans la résolution de problèmes.
  •          Connaissance de l’anglais parlé et écrit;
  •          Connaissance des activités reliées à la direction.

 

Rigueur, engagement, souci du détail, autonomie, sens de la collaboration et aisance à travailler en équipe caractérisent le candidat recherché.

L’échelle salariale pour le poste se situe entre 40 843 $ et 49 493 $, au 1er janvier 2018. Des conditions d’emploi des plus concurrentielles sont offertes.
