La Société d’habitation et de développement de Montréal est à la recherche d’un candidat dynamique et motivé afin de pourvoir de façon permanente le poste suivant :

 

Locataire - surveillant

Immeuble Autonomie+ - Charles-J. Arcand

Direction de la gestion immobilière

 

Les responsabilités du poste sont en lien avec la sécurité, le soutien aux urgences et aux opérations ainsi que la communauté et le partenariat dans l’immeuble Autonomie+ dont le locataire-surveillant a la responsabilité. Il a la responsabilité d’un immeuble dans lequel il habite.

 

Notez qu’une version complète du rôle de locataire-surveillant vous sera remise lors de l’entrevue, s’il y a lieu.

 

Le locataire-surveillant doit :

 

Sécurité

  •          Assurer une présence en dehors des heures de bureau (du lundi au vendredi de 16 h 30 à 8 h30 et la fin de semaine).
  •          Effectuer deux tournées quotidiennes des espaces communs, en matinée en soirée.
  •          Vérifier le fonctionnement des équipements de l’immeuble.
  •          Signaler toute anomalie et minimiser les dommages.  

Soutien aux urgences

  •          Faciliter l’accès aux services d’urgence lors d’une intervention dans un logement.
  •          Intervenir lors du déclenchement des alarmes (ascenseurs, incendies).
  •          Effectuer toutes les tâches nécessaires afin de préserver la sécurité des personnes et des biens.

 Soutien aux opérations

  •          Compléter le rapport d’événement hebdomadaire.
  •          Donner accès aux services publics et entrepreneurs.
  •          Collaborer à la mise à jour de la liste des personnes à risques ou à mobilité réduite.
  •          Disposer des circulaires et autres débris traînant dans les aires communes.
  •          Voir au maintien des bonnes relations entre les locataires, à leur quiétude et s’assurer que les règlements de l’immeuble sont observés (ex.: stationnement, colporteurs, et/ou déménagement).

 Communauté et partenariat

  •          Collaborer à la mise en place d’actions sociales.
  •          Identifier les personnes pouvant potentiellement avoir besoin d’assistance au gestionnaire d’immeubles.

Le candidat recherché doit :

  •          Résider dans l’immeuble où s’effectue le travail assigné et être signataire du bail;

 

  •          Être disponible les soirs et les fins de semaine. Le titulaire peut être appelé à intervenir d’urgence à tout moment au cours de la période de disponibilité établie;

 

  •          Travailler 21 h par semaine;

 

  •          Être capable d’utiliser internet ainsi que le courriel électronique;

 

  •          Avoir accès à un outil informatique pour consulter ses courriels professionnels;

 

  •          Avoir un niveau d’anglais oral fonctionnel.

Rémunération et avantages :

  •          Un salaire horaire 14,25 $;

 

  •          Une allocation imposable équivalente à 25 % de votre loyer versé sur votre paie;

 

  •          Une prime de 5 $ par paie en lien avec le nombre de logements;

 

  •          L’accès et l’utilisation à un local d’entreposage lorsque disponible.
