La Société d’habitation et de développement de Montréal (SHDM) est une société paramunicipale à but non lucratif et financièrement autonome. Chef de file en gestion immobilière et en développement immobilier responsable, elle favorise l’amélioration des milieux de vie des Montréalais en contribuant au développement économique et social de la Ville de Montréal par la mise en valeur d’actifs immobiliers de nature résidentielle, institutionnelle, industrielle, commerciale et culturelle sur son territoire.

La Société désire procéder à l’embauche d’un étudiant en horticulture à la Direction de la gestion immobilière résidentielle pour la saison estivale 2019. L’entrée en fonction sera le 15 avril 2019.

L’étudiant devra participer à la réalisation des travaux d’entretien ou d’amélioration d’aménagement paysager.

 

Entre autres :

Il aura à s’assurer que les terrains du secteur qui lui a été assigné soient toujours propres, sécuritaires, esthétiques et que les végétaux soient en bonne voie de croissance. L’étudiant devra effectuer les travaux d’horticulture prévus au programme : tous les travaux d’entretien d’aménagement paysager, de plantation, de conservation des végétaux et quelques travaux d’aménagement paysager. Il participera à l’entretien de la réserve d’outils, de matériaux et de végétaux.

 

Exigences :

  •          En voie de compléter une formation secondaire professionnelle ou tout diplôme pertinent à la fonction;
  •          Connaissance générale en horticulture : végétaux, nomenclature et croissance, agents phytopathogènes et connaissance de base en aménagement paysager;
  •          Connaissance de base des techniques culturales d’entretien paysager, des produits fertilisants et phytosanitaires et leur mode d’emploi de façon sécuritaire;
  •          Facilité à travailler avec la clientèle et de façon autonome;
  •          Permis de conduire et voiture (atouts).

 

Le candidat recherché est reconnu pour son dynamisme, son sens de l’organisation et son autonomie.

La semaine de travail est d’une durée de 35 heures, du lundi au vendredi, à raison de 4 jours par semaine. L’étudiant est rémunéré au taux horaire de 14,21 $
