RAISON D’ÊTRE

 

Sous l’autorité de la directrice générale, le titulaire du poste exerce un rôle conseil au niveau des stratégies et des activités de communication interne et externe, du marketing et des relations publiques. Il exerce également un rôle hiérarchique sur l’équipe.

 

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

Le titulaire du poste aura comme principaux objectifs de développer, mettre en place et faire vivre la marque employeur, de faire connaître et faire rayonner la Société.

Le titulaire du poste :

  •      Contribue à la définition des orientations stratégiques ;
  •     Élabore le plan de communication ;
  •     Élabore et conçoit les stratégies de communication ;
  •     Identifie les stratégies les plus efficaces, notamment, pour faire rayonner l’organisation ;
  •     Développe du matériel promotionnel en assurant sa conception, sa rédaction ainsi que sa diffusion auprès des publics cibles ;
  •     Rédige les contenus des documents institutionnels dont le rapport annuel ainsi que les documents de presse et participe activement à la création des contenus marketing et ceux des médias sociaux;
  •     Prend en charge la conception, le développement et la mise à jour de notre site internet, intranet et médias sociaux ;
  •     Effectue des veilles médiatiques sur les différentes plateformes de communication, incluant les réseaux sociaux.
  •     Rédige des communiqués de presse, des nouvelles et des discours ;
  •     Développe et entretient des relations avec les organismes externes nécessaires à la réalisation des mandats ;
  •     Assure une vigie des tendances, nouveautés et meilleures pratiques en communication, marketing et relations publiques ;
  •     Assure un contrôle de qualité en matière d’intégration des messages clés, du positionnement et de l’image de marque;
  •     Identifie et met en place les indicateurs de performance de son secteur ;
  •     Assure le respect des normes et des communications graphiques dans l’ensemble des outils de diffusion imprimés et numériques;

 

En partenariat avec une firme externe :

  •     Identifie les enjeux de relations publiques et propose des solutions pour y répondre;
  •     Prépare les dossiers de presse ;
  •     Répond aux requêtes médiatiques et entretient un réseau avec les médias; 

 

EXIGENCES DU POSTE

Le titulaire du poste doit :

  •     Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en communication, en relations publiques ou dans une discipline appropriée ;
  •     Posséder un minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience dans le domaine des communications et du marketing;
  •     Avoir une expérience en milieu municipal ou parapublic constitue un atout ;
  •     Maîtriser les outils de la suite MS Office.

 

COMPÉTENCES ET QUALITÉS RECHERCHÉES

Le titulaire du poste doit :

  •     Avoir une excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
  •     Avoir une excellente capacité rédactionnelle;
  •     Être innovant, créatif ;
  •     Avoir un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse ;
  •     Avoir le sens politique ;
  •     Être réactif en gestion de crise et faire preuve de maîtrise de soi;
  •     Faire preuve d’un grand souci pour l’expérience clients;
  •     Être autonome et organisé.

 

RÉMUNÉRATION

L’échelle salariale pour le poste est de 69 269 $ à 103 903 $ au 1er janvier 2019.
