Project analysis

Because of its expertise, the SHDM is regularly invited to participate in discussions by Montréal municipal institutions regarding real estate projects or the development of municipal land. By advising on risk analysis, project evaluation and feasibility studies, the specialists at the SHDM share their expertise and contribute their partners’ projects.

Strategic thinking

Many institutions are active on the territory of Montréal including the Ville de Montréal and its boroughs, of course, but also the Québec government, hospitals and other public or para-public organization. At their invitation, the SHDM participates in various focus groups on real estate development in Montréal, as well as on specific issues such as the development or conversion specific lots of land.

Recently, the SHDM was involved in the Forum montréalais sur la métropole, au comité Montréal = familles du gouvernement du Québec, the development of the Plan de fidélisation des familles (Plan to keep families in Montréal), as well as in the focus group on the future of surplus buildings of the CHUM and the MUHC and related issues of staff retention.

In accordance with the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information, to which the SHDM is subject as a public body, the supplier consents to the disclosure of his data entered in this registration form.

The SHDM appreciates your interest and thanks you for having filled out this form. By being on our list of suppliers, we will be able, if necessary, to invite you to send us a quotation (bid).
SHDM is under no obligation of any kind to suppliers who fill out the form.
