A project encompassing 182 condos, La Biscuiterie was designed for families with 79% of the units featuring two and three bedrooms. La Biscuiterie, whose repurposing was completed in 2007, is located at the corner of Viau and Ontario East in the MercierHochelaga-Maisonneuve borough.
The La Confiserie consists of three buildings, totaling 138 condos, of which nearly 25% have three-bedrooms and nearly 65% have two-bedrooms, meets the needs of families living in the area.
Faubourg Contrecoeur (1)
Phase 1 of the Faubourg Contrecoeur project, whose construction was completed in 2010, consisted of six buildings of 16 housing units each for a total of 96 units.
Faubourg Contrecoeur (2)
Phase 2 of the Faubourg Contrecoeur project, whose construction was completed in 2011, is a continuation of Phase 1. This phase comprises 11 buildings of 16 housing units each for a total of 176 units spread over 3 different islands.
Faubourg Contrecoeur (3)
Phase 3 of the Faubourg Contrecoeur project, whose construction was completed in 2012, stands out with its bright colour blocks overlaid on subdued cladding and its projecting volumes that leave room for natural light.
Faubourg Contrecoeur (4)
Phase 4 of the Faubourg Contrecoeur project, whose construction was completed in 2014, numbers 128 units. The townhouse-type units are spread over 8 buildings of 16 units each.
Square Cartier encompasses 160 condominium units ranging from studios to three bedrooms apartments. With its six storeys, this bold building is located at the foot of the Jacques Cartier Bridge in the heart of the Ville-Marie borough on Parthenais Street.
Completed in 2012, BUL numbers 86 condominiums ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. The building is located at the intersection of Ontario and Hope streets on La Promenade Ontario, at the eastern end of the Sainte-Marie neighbourhood in the Ville-Marie borough.
La Fabrique 125
The only Accès Condos accredited project of its kind, this former industrial building has been completely renovated to offer 192 loft-type condos of one or two bedrooms.
Cité l'Acadie (1)
Phase 1 of Cité lAcadie comprises 231 condominiums ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. The twelve-storey building, whose construction was completed in 2011, is located on Place de lAcadie, in the immediate vicinity of Highway 15 in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough.
Cité l'Acadie (2)
Phase 2 of Cité lAcadie comprises 237 condominiums 192 were Accès Condos accredited - ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. The sixteen-storey building, whose construction was completed in 2012, is located on Place de lAcadie, in the immediate vicinity of Highway 15 in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough.
Place Alizés has 18 condominiums of one or two bedrooms. The construction of this three-storey building that includes a commercial ground floor was completed in 2006.
The Trilogis Monkland comprises 98 condos of one to four bedrooms divided up in three different buildings. With the majority of the units, i.e. 63%, having three or four bedrooms, this project aimed at meeting in particular the needs of families.
Monkland sur le parc 3
Monkland sur le parc 3 is a development of 24 condos ranging from one to four bedrooms. The construction of the three-storey building was completed in 2009.
Côté Ouest (1)
Phase 1 of the Côté Ouest development comprises 142 condos of one to three bedrooms. The construction of the eight-story building was completed in 2008.
Côté Ouest (2)
Phase 2 of the Côté Ouest development comprises 112 condos of one to three bedrooms. The construction of the eight-story building was completed in 2009, one year after followed the completion of Phase 1.
Phase 1 of the VersO project numbers 120 condominiums of one, two or three bedrooms. Completed in 2012, the six-storey building is located in the heart of Lachine borough. The VersO project numbers 238 condominiums in total (with phase 2).
The Via3 numbers 42 condominiums, apartments on one or two levels and townhouse-style units built on three levels. They are divided up in three buildings of three or four storeys.
Completed in 2012, the six-storey building is located in the heart of Lachine borough and its construction followed that of Phase 1 which was finalized a few months before. The VersO project numbers 238 condominiums in total.
Encompassing a total of 108 condominiums spread over ten floors, the Alinéa project was completed in 2013. Architecturally speaking, the combination of earthy grey and red colours, mixed with metal, brick and polished glass, gives a very modern look to the building.
The Le MN, whose construction was completed in 2012, encompasses 87 condos, with 25% of the units offering three bedrooms to meet the needs of families.
Located at the gateway to the Montréal-Nord borough and completed in 2013, Le MN2 includes 64 condo units of one, two and three bedrooms on two levels.
Launched in 2016, the BORO project involved the construction of 26 affordable housing units, including 22 townhouses, in the Pierrefonds-Roxboro borough.
Located in the Rivière-des-PrairiesPointe-aux-Trembles borough, Place Marien comprises 86 units spread in six four-storey buildings. Five of the buildings have 14 two-bedroom condos on two levels and one building has 16 townhouse-style condos built on two levels.
In the heart of Old Saint-Laurent, in the borough of the same name located in the northwest sector of the island of Montréal, Place Sainte-Croix has 59 condominiums of which 56 were accredited under the Accès Condos program.
Le Phoenix comprises 208 condominiums ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Completed in 2009, the LEED Silver certified eight-storey building is located in the borough of Saint-Laurent, at the corner of Marcel-Laurin and Henri-Bourassa boulevards.
Le Novello, whose construction was finalized in 2008, encompasses 153 condos ranging from studios to three bedroom units. The ten-storey building also has commercial spaces on the ground floor.
Le Novello 2
Completed in 2009, Le Novello 2 comprises 2 eleven-storey buildings for a total of 226 condos. With units ranging from one to three bedrooms, the project put the needs of families at the forefront with 23% of the condos designed with three bedrooms and 69% with two bedrooms.
The Jardins Saint-Léonard project encompassed 107 condominiums ranging from studios to three-bedroom units. Composed of two buildings of four and six storeys, it is located on 27e Avenue, north of Bélanger Street in the borough of Saint-Léonard.
Zone C numbers 72 two-bedroom condominiums divided up in three different buildings. The construction of the three-storey buildings was finalized in 2008.
La Tannerie comprises 143 condominiums ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms. The majority was designed for families 21% of the units have three or four bedrooms and 57% have two bedrooms.
